IT industry thrives on creative solutions to real life problems. Considering humans want sophistication of depth in many countries AI has evolved. There are many types of AI but the one that has become a persistent threat to human kind is generative agentic AI and autonomous AI.
Brahma (the creator) creates humans with a combination of three basic qualities (gunas) such as Sattva, Rajas and Tamas, which shape an individual’s character. This is determined by their past life karmas. As per vedic texts the law of karma originated with this as a basis. A human created by Brahma is expected to have good and bad intentions along with actions that may or may not be good.
Coming to artificial intelligence, it is created by humans and is expected to help in multiple ways. If the infused intelligence is with a negative intent and for negative purposes then the actions such an AI takes will be negative. Conversely, if the intent and purpose of the AI are positive then the actions would also be constructive or honest and righteous.
With the invention of many AI assistants and autonomous AI capabilities humans instill specific intentions, behaviours and action capabilities in these systems. If the intentions are honest, pure and righteous then the expected actions of such an AI would be responsible enough. On the contrary, if the intentions and actions are bad then the AI would take actions that will become questionable. There could also be some cases where the AI invention was done taking only specific data points into consideration and missing out on other parameters. The AI actions appear biased and will be questioned in these cases too.
In this book my endeavour is to try and bring forward some of those biases that were noticed in the past AI inventions which have to be corrected to ensure those inventions become acceptable solutions.
